Client Care Essentials is a graduate-level deep-dive into helping your client-facing staff members excel in their roles at your center. Made for both seasoned client care professionals and beginners, this 12-week course will help learners develop the leadership skills to help build, develop, and lead services that will benefit all of your center’s clients.
This course is ideal for Executive Directors, Client/Patient Services Directors, and any pregnancy center staff who lead others in serving clients.
The course content is delivered online through video lectures, reading assignments, and interactive discussions. The 12-week class is offered multiple times during the year. You choose the best time of year to enroll, and then you complete coursework on your schedule!
Learners will:
- Complete approximately 40 hours of coursework that includes video lessons, supplemental reading materials, discussion questions and quizzes
- Participate in relevant online discussion, growing and learning with other leaders
- Complete two practical projects that will impact your ministry
Each learner also receives a free copy of Understanding Client Care: Vol I, perfect for updating policies and procedures and training your team to follow them.
