Client marketing is an ever-changing environment – and as such, your center’s leadership and staff must be of one accord on what messaging and tools are most effective to reach clients most in need of your services.
In this course, you’ll learn not only effective marketing messaging but also key areas to invest in your marketing to grow your center’s reach. This course was created in partnership with the Vitae Foundation, is moderated by a Care Net specialist available for questions and discussion, and can be completed in just 3 weeks.
Through Client Marketing Essentials (CME), you will
- discover your target audience and what motivates them
- gain insights into building your brand identity and center branding
- analyze effective advertising while gleaning tips from other center leaders
- explore ethical considerations and how to measure results

This course is ideal for ANYONE who seeks to better understand your center’s marketing strategy from board members to client care staff.
