Connecting Conversations is an essential additional training for client services leaders to add into their client care toolbox. This course focuses on building powerful connections with clients by demonstrating empathy, respect, and authenticity to foster trust. Independent center cohorts of Connecting Conversations are available to certified facilitators. Connecting Conversations teaches a transformational approach to coaching clients through role-play examples and practice.
