- Deepen your understanding of how excellent financial management best practices impact the health of the ministry.
- Accelerate center growth by building relationships with ministry partners based on kingdom values.
- Inspire highly effective governance by leading the ministry in concert with the center’s board of directors.
- Impact influential leaders in your community by delivering thoughtful, credible, and timely life-affirming information in a compelling way, driven by your center’s communications strategy.
If you are a senior leader in a life-affirming, community-based pregnancy center, this course is for you. You either:
- Are the executive leader, reporting to the board of directors, or
- You report directly to the executive leader AND are responsible for an area of functional responsibility AND manage other personnel (paid staff or volunteer) who report to you directly AND you want to prepare for future leadership responsibilities (possibly including executive leadership).
