Where is my order?
Please check your email inbox or your Order Status page for details. If you ordered a digital subscription or a course seat, your order requires a little bit of manual work from our team – we’ll be in touch via the email entered at checkout with further details within 2 - 3 business days.
How do I use my digital subscription?
When you purchase a digital subscription from the Care Net Bookstore you get unlimited access to your own personalized link for the length of your subscription.
How can you use this link?
- Send it in a text or an email
- Embed it on your client website
- Create a QR code from it and put it on a flyer
- Pull it up on any device in your center to engage your clients
With all these options, there's no way you can't use it!
Please note that digital subscriptions are not an immediate download – a member of the Care Net Bookstore team will reach out with your personalized link between 24 - 48 business hours following your purchase. If you don't see an email or have any questions, please reach out to bookstore@care-net.org.
How do I access my digital download?
You will get an email to the email address provided at checkout with a direct download link. You can also access your digital downloads at any time on your Order Status page. Please note that download limits may apply.
Why am I not getting my Care Net affiliate discount?
It’s likely we just don’t have your account connected with your center’s record! Fill out a form on our Contact Us page and we’d be happy to correct this as soon as possible.
Can I purchase course seats for other members of my team?
Yes! A member of the Care Net University team will reach out after you make a purchase to confirm the learner details so we can add them to the correct cohort. Keep an eye out for emails from our team – we might ask you to fill out a form for further details! If you don’t see that in your inbox soon, reach out to cnu@care-net.org and we’d be happy to help.
Does purchasing in advance secure my spot in a Care Net University online course cohort?
Yes, once we have received your purchase, you are on our list for the upcoming cohort. Please note the cohort start dates listed in product descriptions for each course.
What if something happens and I need to wait for a Care Net University cohort in the future?
Life happens and that’s okay! Just email cnu@care-net.org to have your seat transferred to a future cohort. If you need to back out of a course after the cohort has already started, you’ll need to speak to our team regarding our drop/withdrawal policy.
What if my position isn’t one of the “recommended learners” for a specific course?
Fill out this academic advising form and one of our team members will be happy to set up an advisory call to determine what courses are the best fit for you.
Why can’t I log in to my account?
Our new platform makes it easier than ever to log in! Click the person icon on the top right of your screen and select 'Log In'. After you enter your email, you'll be sent a 6-digit code to that email to log in. If that doesn’t get you in, fill out a form on the Contact Us page and we’d be happy to help.
