  • Donor emails - key elements, how to engage your donors better, and how to increase open and click rates

  • Donation pages -  key elements and what to consider when picking a new platform (or vetting your current one)

  • Facebook ads - what they are and how to utilize them to grow your donor file

Learners will:

  • Participate in coursework that includes video lessons, supplemental reading materials, discussion questions, and quizzes

  • Participate in relevant online discussion as well as attend Zoom calls to review course material
