Many people are aware of the physical effects an abortion can cause, but few people are told about the emotional effects that can occur. By engaging in post-abortion care, both women and men can get support and understanding for their healing and find a path to recovery.


Through Care Net's unique Forgiven and Set Free Online Facilitator's Training, you can be equipped and empowered through practical resources and powerful testimonies to lead your own abortion recovery ministry to women in your community. Coursework is:

Christ-centered
Trauma-informed
Medically accurate

Your 6-week online training is delivered through engaging video presentations, assessment activities, discussion questions, and three virtual meetings with your instructor and cohort. This course is available to pregnancy center affiliates of Care Net, church leaders, and other ministry leaders for $125 per learner.

Q: Do I need to purchase a hard copy of the Leader's Guide?
A: Yes. We strongly recommend purchasing the hard copy of the Leader's Guide. While you will receive a digital copy through the course, having a physical book makes it much easier to reference, highlight, and navigate as you prepare to lead either Bible study. We also suggest purchasing a hard copy of both the Leader's Guide and the Bible study book for long-term use and future facilitation.

Q: Is this a self-paced course?A: Yes and no. While the course is designed to be self-paced, participants are strongly encouraged to complete one module per week throughout the six-week cohort. Following this weekly rhythm helps you stay aligned with the course content, supports steady progress, and increases the likelihood of successful completion. Additionally, we host three live Zoom meetings during each cohort, which are designed to reinforce the material, provide guidance, and offer space for connection and encouragement, another important reason to stay on track with the recommended pacing.
