This course will equip you with approximately 60 hours of deep dive instruction across seven dimensions of executive responsibility:

  • Discover insights into staff motivations and behaviors that will help you grow engagement and trust on your team, leading to greater effectiveness at accomplishing the center’s mission.
  • Reimagine programs and initiatives to deliver measurable Pro Abundant Life outcomes that further the center's mission and meet the genuine needs of mission-critical clients.
  • Deepen your understanding of how excellent financial management best practices impact the health of the ministry.
  • Accelerate center growth by building relationships with ministry partners based on kingdom values.
  • Inspire highly effective governance by leading the ministry in concert with the center’s board of directors.
  • Impact influential leaders in your community by delivering thoughtful, credible, and timely life-affirming information in a compelling way, driven by your center’s communications strategy.

If you are a senior leader in a life-affirming, community-based pregnancy center, this course is for you. You either:

  • Are the executive leader, reporting to the board of directors, or
  • You report directly to the executive leader AND are responsible for an area of functional responsibility AND manage other personnel (paid staff or volunteer) who report to you directly AND you want to prepare for future leadership responsibilities (possibly including executive leadership).
