Connecting Conversations Instructor Certification (CCIC) is an essential additional training for client services leaders to add to their client care toolbox. This course focuses on building powerful connections with clients by demonstrating empathy, respect, and authenticity to foster trust. You will be equipped by a CNU instructor to train your client-facing team to have better conversations for healthier client outcomes.
This course is ideal for anyone who trains client services staff at your center, such as a Client Services Director, Executive Director, Nurse Manager, or Volunteer Coordinator. This course is required to start a center cohort.
